We provide code generation, project templates, and development assistance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Obby shall not be liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

4. Code Ownership and Usage Rights

You retain full ownership of all code generated by Obby for your projects. The generated code is provided to you under an unrestricted license, allowing you to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize it without attribution requirements. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated code complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of Obby is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Obby and its content are the property of Sage AI and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without written permission, except for the code generated specifically for your projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Damages

Obby, its affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages from generated code, project failures, or data loss.

7.2 Liability Cap

In no event shall Obby's total liability exceed the greater of $50 for using the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obby and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Violations of these Terms.
• Infringements of third-party rights.
• Use of generated code in your projects.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in UAE courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
