Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Obby.dev. If you're not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial purchase or the most recent renewal date. After this period, we do not provide refunds for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your initial purchase or the most recent renewal date. After this period, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@obby.dev with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made outside the eligible time period
  • We detect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • You have already received a refund for a previous purchase

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • For monthly subscriptions, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • For annual subscriptions, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual period

Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal for the next billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period unless specified in the refund eligibility section above.

5. Business and Enterprise Plans

For Business and Enterprise plans, refund policies may differ from those stated above. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for specific refund terms.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new refund policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.
